LaFonda Richardson
PRESIDENT - BLACKHAWK TECHNICAL COLLEGE
LaFonda Richardson serves as President of Student Government Association at Blackhawk Technical College, where she is pursuing studies in Human Services and an Associate of Arts degree. She is passionate about strengthening communities through advocacy, leadership, and compassionate support. LaFonda is committed to empowering others, connecting students with valuable resources, and leading with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.

Laurie Miller
VICE PRESIDENT - WESTERN TECHNICAL COLLEGE
Laurie Miller serves as Vice President of Wisconsin Student Government, representing Western Technical College, where she is pursuing degrees in Legal Studies/Paralegal and an Associate of Arts degree. She is passionate about student advocacy, civic engagement, and helping students overcome barriers to education and success. Laurie is committed to creating opportunities for students to feel heard, supported, and involved across Wisconsin’s technical colleges. She hopes to continue her education in law and public service while using her leadership experience to strengthen student voice and connection.

Alham ALIPULY
PARLIAMENTARIAN - MILWAUKEE AREA TECHNICAL COLLEGE
Alham Alipuly serves as Parliamentarian of Wisconsin Student Government, representing Milwaukee Area Technical College, where he is pursuing an Associate of Applied Science degree in Biotechnology Laboratory Technology. He is passionate about STEM education, student leadership, community engagement, and cultural exchange. Through his campus involvement and multilingual background, Alham is committed to helping students feel connected, supported, and encouraged to take part in their communities. He hopes to use his leadership experience to strengthen student involvement across Wisconsin’s technical colleges.

RESOURCE DIRECTOR
Based in Central Wisconsin, Ann serves as Resource Director for Wisconsin Student Government (WSG). She enjoys supporting student leaders across the state’s 16 technical colleges and helping maintain continuity as new leadership teams grow in confidence, connection, and advocacy.
