PRESIDENT - BLACKHAWK TECHNICAL COLLEGE

LaFonda Richardson serves as President of Student Government Association at Blackhawk Technical College, where she is pursuing studies in Human Services and an Associate of Arts degree. She is passionate about strengthening communities through advocacy, leadership, and compassionate support. LaFonda is committed to empowering others, connecting students with valuable resources, and leading with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.

VICE PRESIDENT - WESTERN TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Laurie Nelson serves as Vice President of Wisconsin Student Government, representing Western Technical College, where she is pursuing degrees in Legal Studies/Paralegal and an Associate of Arts degree. She is passionate about student advocacy, civic engagement, and helping students overcome barriers to education and success. Laurie is committed to creating opportunities for students to feel heard, supported, and involved across Wisconsin’s technical colleges. She hopes to continue her education in law and public service while using her leadership experience to strengthen student voice and connection.

ADMINISTRATIVE FINANCE OFFICER (AFO) - NORTHEAST WISCONSIN TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Shallae Gavin represents Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, where she is an international student pursuing an Associate Degree in Data Analytics. She is passionate about advocating for student needs and creating a stronger sense of belonging within her school community. She believes every student deserves the opportunity to pursue higher education and hopes to promote equality, collaboration, creativity, and individuality through her leadership.

PARLIAMENTARIAN - MILWAUKEE AREA TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Alham Alipuly serves as Parliamentarian of Wisconsin Student Government, representing Milwaukee Area Technical College, where he is pursuing an Associate of Applied Science degree in Biotechnology Laboratory Technology. He is passionate about STEM education, student leadership, community engagement, and cultural exchange. Through his campus involvement and multilingual background, Alham is committed to helping students feel connected, supported, and encouraged to take part in their communities. He hopes to use his leadership experience to strengthen student involvement across Wisconsin’s technical colleges.

PUBLIC RELATIONS - NORTHEAST WISCONSIN TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Kimberly Smith represents Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, where she is completing associate degrees in Cybersecurity and Cisco System Administration. She serves as President of the Bits and Bytes Club and brings a strong interest in technology, student engagement, and public outreach to her leadership roles. As a nontraditional student, Kimberly is passionate about lifelong learning, community service, and using technology to make a positive impact.

RESOURCE DIRECTOR

Based in Central Wisconsin, Ann Ilagan serves as Resource Director for Wisconsin Student Government (WSG), supporting student leaders across Wisconsin’s 16 technical colleges. As someone whose own educational journey has included technical college leadership, continued learning, and business ownership, Ann brings a deep appreciation for the growth that happens when students are given opportunities to lead. She enjoys helping maintain continuity for WSG while supporting each new leadership team as they grow in confidence, connection, and advocacy.
